The language of the book is simple and effective. I find that the book immediately gripped me right from the beginning. I have completed this book in just three sitting.  It is a page-turner, with an imaginative plot and an addictive quality that makes you just want to keep reading and not stop until you have finished it.

The book has a great fictional story related to Harappa and it's civilization. The author has done a brilliant job. It is a perfect blend of suspense, thrill, action, mythology and history. While reading the prologue, I was wondering if this intense pace would continue.  It made me do some research on religious history and history of different parts of the world. The book has some strong plots and subplots. All the characters are well developed. The story goes back and forth between AD and BC which is very interesting and keeps the reader grooved into the plot.  Overall this was a pretty good read, but I felt that it could have easily trimmed off few pages and not left anything important out. I am definitely looking forward for the sequel. I think it would make an exciting movie. I heartily recommend it. A must read for mythological and historical readers.
