Bars That Loves You Back ft Yogabar | Review

About Brand:

Our story started a few years back - when we started working. Late evenings at work meant fried samosas, noodles or sugar loaded foods - we love food but we definitely wanted more out of our snacks. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more tastier side. Our goal was straightforward - Use only simple wholesome nutritious ingredients. We shared them with friends and family. They passed them on to even more people. There was tremendous excitement about a bar that was created in a kitchen, tasted delicious but packed more nutritional benefits than most alternatives in the market.

Inspired by all that good food and nutrition brings us – health, positive energy and with it endless possibilities, we created the Yogabar. We realized we had created something, that would benefit lots of other people just like us out there. Over the last year we have been working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us. You’ll find us at work, gym and of course online.

1. Yogabars will contain no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, or hydrogenated oil, no chemicals, nothing unpronounceable

2.No compromise on taste. We will continue to improve the Nutrition content of our bars while experimenting with flavours that keep our bars great tasting

3.Transparency - You deserve to know what you are eating. Any questions about    Yogabars and we are more than happy to answer them    to 100% of your satisfaction.

Kronokare Detox On The Rocks Glycerin Soap - Caribbean Ginger | Review

About Brand:

Kronokare is an Aromatherapy Inspired Cruelty-Free Vegetarian Cosmetic Company. Their products are SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphates) and Paraben Free and the Company is against animal testing which I fully support. SLS and Parabens are added to make the products anti-bacterial and prolong their shelf-life. They also create the foam  that most of the cleaning products have. But in the long run SLS and Parabens can cause all kinds of skin damage ranging from mild skin and eye irritations to severe allergic reactions.

So instead Kronokare focuses on retaining the original qualities of the plant extracts used in their products. Concentration is on bringing out their real scents and real benefits on body and mind. They say that they work with the natural world around them and so the products naturally work !

Product Description:

Oily skin or dull skin requires both efficient and gentle cleansing. The fluid circulation needs to be stimulated while the sebaceous glands need to be smoothed.
Our ginger formulated with gentle cleanser delivers to the skin some sebum regulating ginger extracts and some moisturizing glycerin. The freshness and glow is back on your skin. You asked for detox? We serve it on the rock!

Rafflesia: The Banished Princess by Gautam | Book Review

Summary:

The curtains draw up. Lights are dimmed. The musical is about to begin. As the beautiful princess descends on stage, the mythical creatures from her kingdom come alive. Flickers of brilliant colours
blaze across as mesmerizing music pulsates from one corner of the theatre to the other. A fairy tale is about to unfold…

As young children, we often come across things that stay in our hearts forever. For Appu, it is a fairy tale about a beautiful princess. He lives with her in a world filled with the magical creatures from her kingdom until the real world beckons. A reluctant Appu steps into it as a striking young man and struggles to find his place.

What follows is an evocative tale of love and loss, friendship and betrayal, as the story travels through the snow-peaked mountains of Arunachal to the golden deserts of Jaisalmer, the tulip gardens of
Holland to the lush greens of Kerala. Does Appu find what he had set out for? The answer lies in Rafflesia — The Banished Princess because in her story, lay his!"

The writing of the author is very addictive. Once you pick up the book, it becomes hard to keep it aside until and unless you are not done with it. Nowhere in the course of reading you can predict what's about to come; so, it's unpredictable, unassumed and unusual too.

The loss suffered by both these characters were excellently explained in this story. They are real and we can relate to them. Their are many characters in the book but Appu is the one around whom whole the book is written. The book is about various events and changes that happen in his life, as he moves in different parts of the world, and how it affects him.  It is the tale of the life journey of Appu that touches the chord with the readers.

The author makes a very strong statement in a very subtle way. This book will remind you the people, whom you have left and met in your life journey. Apart from this, the book is a delightful slow read and would definitely recommend to people who's looking for something new.
I would look definitely forward to read more from the author.

“I received a copy from Writersmelon in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.”
