Paperback, 150 PagesAt a first glance, I wondered how this book could be anything beyond listing the super foods themselves, but after reading the book, I did think there was value in it. Even though I won't remember a lot of the facts that the author threw out there, i have scheduled these super foods into my diet as soon as I started reading the book. This book lists just about every category and type of food and its nutritional benefit. I've read through it at least 2 times have bookmarked dozens of pages.
whole book is laid out clean, crisp and creatively. I loved this book for so many different reasons.
The recipes look very much appealing and another thing I like about the recipes is they are made with simple ingredients. You can find them at any health food store and most groceries. It's very easy easy to read, and broken up into parts based on food and recipes, and personally easy to incorporate these foods into my everyday diet and routine. I think God gave us all these wonderful foods for a reason, and that they are vital for our nutrition. I can't wait to try out these recipes!
