Fear Is the Key by Juggi Bhasin | Book Review

Summary:

'A bitter winter wind blowing outside spoke to me. There was no one else. And then it struck me. She might have truly disappeared! Sometimes, you get a sense of these things . . .'

It's been one hell of a tough week at Yummimages, a digital infotainment site, with controversies seeping into the politicking within the office. To calm things down, Rahul, the founder, plans a party at his home. His goal is to set things right between his fiancée-to-be, Simone, and his business partner and close friend, Suhel. With the party in full swing it's time for Rahul to have 'the talk', but suddenly Simone is nowhere to be found.

As all investigations come to naught, Rahul takes matters into his own hands and soon has a few suspects lined up. It's just a matter of time before he knows the truth. But reality can be so twisted, so bizarre, so utterly unbelievable . . .

This book, by the creator of Agent Rana, will continue to give you chills long after you have read it.

A very well written book that grips the reader from the very first page and does not let go until disbelief, amazement and a constantly pounding heart become second nature to the reader. The author has written with a lot of research and keeping all the characters intact all the time. The characters, the dialogue, the suspense, the revelations all had me glued to the page as we moved to a conclusion that I was eager to reach.

This book drive the story how fear destroyed the picture of perfect lives of three people Rahul, Suhel and Simone.
It is based on Simone's disappearance, the story begins here, what happens to her, how does she disappear, who all are involved in this mystery, the story is all about the answers to these questions. The author has several exciting twists that keep the reader guessing. Highly recommend it, it's very entertaining, give yourself time when you start it because you will not be able to put it down. This book is recommended to all the readers who loves reading dark psychological thrillers.

Here's my favorite quotes from the book:

"The soul can only soar if the body is alive and well."
"Failure rides invisible on the wings of success."
